Primal forces are at work when the David Miilmann Group (DMG) takes the stage, unleashing their genre-defying universe.
The five musicians use their instruments as their voice. Their performances are emotional, intense, and life-affirming as they navigate between composed pieces and improvisation, creating a unique experience shared with the audience.
With guitarist David Miilmann as the driving force and a shared passion for music, DMG invites listeners into a vibrant and uplifting community that also embraces shades of melancholy and introspection.
DMG released their debut album, 'Waiting for Myself,' in late summer 2021 and have followed up with their second album, 'What’s Left.' The band has achieved notable success with two DMA Blues nominations, being finalists in the Jazz Competition, and regular airplay on P8 Jazz.
